This is the time of the year when many students secure their housing for
next Fall.

Current tenants can renew anytime
they wish, just call the
leasing office. If we receive a
new lease deposit
on your apartment
for next FALL, we may still be able to give current tenants a 24 hour
chance to renew at the same price - but any other prior renewal
offer will be considered void.
NorthSteppe Realty, Inc. rarely
refuses to renew a lease, but this may occur due to property damage,
poor payment history or other issues.
We
will use our best efforts to offer current tenants the first right
to renew, but in the case of unique or one-of-a-kind rentals, it
may not be possible, under all circumstances and we reserve the
right to sign a new lease without notice.
