NorthSteppe Realty would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing us as your rental company of choice. We want to provide the best service to our current customers as well as our past ones. We do our best to accurately assess the condition of the property before and after a moveout is completed. The cooperation of an accurate move-in description from our tenants, combined with a thorough move-out inspection gives us the best chance to give you back as much of your deposit as possible. NorthSteppe will try and get back to you within 7-10 business days. During this time, we will need to contact all of the people involved with the moveout, review photographs taken of the apartment, and assess video taken of your unit upon moveout. There are times of the year, however, when our volume of moveouts increases. We ask that you be patient during these times as we have an increase in moveouts to evaluate.
It takes at least 30 days to complete moveouts from the date your lease ends to the date we send out your check.
