Leasing Policies
Fall leasing for
2008-2009 has already begun !! Current tenants can renew anytime they
wish, just call the leasing office. If we receive a deposit for next
FALL, we usually are able to give current tenants a 48 hour right of
first refusal. NorthSteppe Realty, Inc. rarely refuses to renew a lease,
but this may occur due to property damage, poor payment history or other
issues.

Remember back to last year when you were on the fast pace of looking
for just the right place to live. Going from place to place to look at each apartment, getting everyone together to see the place at the same time, coming up with a security deposit, having someone walk through your apartment on a daily basis until it was rented, getting your parents to co-sign....WE COULD GO ON AND ON BUT YOU GET THE

RENEWING FOR 2009-2010???
EXCELLENT!!! You have made a great choice! Here are a few reminders
for you:
If you
PRE-PAID your last month's rent, you will still need to pay this
August or September's rent. If you renewed, your last month's rent
no longer applies to this year, but now next year. For example: If
your original lease states that your lease expires on August 31,
2008, and you have prepaid your last month's rent, then you will
need to pay August 2008 rent. Your "new" last month is now August of
2009.
You may also
want to consider buying your parking passes for next year, now.
There will be some restrictions as to how many parking passes can be
sold per apartment, but new tenants for next year have already
started to purchase parking passes. Just stop in the office and let
our staff know you would like to purchase a parking pass for
2009-2010. Remember, we can only take a check or money order.
