1st Floor Features: The dining room, living room and family room all have refinished hardwood floors. All the rooms are large and have nearly 10' ceilings. A decorative fireplace is in the living room. The kitchen is updated with ceramic tile and a dishwasher. If you like to cook, you'll love the appliances!

2nd Floor Features: On this floor is where you'll find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The smallest bedroom is average size while the 2 other bedrooms are huge. All three bedrooms have good closet space. The bathroom has been updated with a new tub surround. 

Other Features: We installed a newer furnace and storm windows to keep energy bills as low as possible during the winter. To keep you cool during the spring and summer there is central air conditioning. We almost forgot to tell you about the basement. Other than additional storage, there is a washer & dryer at no additional cost to you. If you're looking for some outdoor space, you'll love the front porch and backyard. Don't worry about finding parking space for your car on the street because we've reserved you a spot in our off-street parking lot.
