From the balconies see spectacular views of Vieux Nice and "Le Jardin du Chateau", churches, palaces and cathedrals from the XV, XVI and XVIII centuries.
    A five minute walk from the apartment is a city underground parking and the "LA GARE ROUTIÉRE" (city bus station). Museums "MUSÉE MATISS" and "MUSÉE MARC CHAGALL"  are thirty minutes away by bus. All villages and cities of Alpes Maritime are connected through the city bus station.
    This historic district offers architecture from the Baroque style as well as buildings from La Belle Epoque. An old community where the true provencal spirit can be found.
    It's only a short walk through the markets of Vieux Nice to the Mediterranean Sea. A 15 minute walk from the apartment through old picturesque streets (pedestrian only) brings you to the "COTE D' AZURE BEACHES" (Private and Public Beaches), the famous "RIVIERA" and "PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS".
    Less than an hour's drive to some of the most beautiful villages of' "Provence" (the Greeks, the Romans and the Moors have left their traces in it's villages and small towns).
