Welcome to a beautifully restored Victorian home,
built in 1893 for Columbus furniture mogul A. L. Conklin.
We are located less than a mile south of the Ohio State University Campus,
between 4th and 5th Avenues.

There are four bedrooms: two ensuite 6 baths,
and two share a bath. All beds are Queen.
Our rates range from $130 to $145, discounts may apply.
We take company, university and personal checks.

A Complimentary breakfast is served until 9am (special arrangements are made for the jet lagged).
Ingredients are ORGANIC or LOCAL when available.

We take allergies seriously. Let us know specifics when you make your reservation.
