Fall Leasing Policies
Fall leasing for 2003-2004 has already begun !! Current tenants can renew anytime they wish, just call the leasing office. If we receive a deposit for next FALL, we usually are able to give current tenants a 48 hour right of first refusal. NorthSteppe Realty, Inc. rarely refuses to renew a lease,  but this may occur due to property damage, poor payment history or other issues.
