Thank you for inquiring about our properties for your insurance needs.  NorthSteppe Property Management recommends that you go to the Franklin County Auditor's site on the web to inquire about a specific property.  This site can provide all of the information that your insurance agent would need.  Please click here (which is http://209.51.193.83/s_addr5.shtm). Type in the address and press "Find".  Please be accurate.  Some of our properties are doubles or have more than one number in the address (i.e.160-164 W 9th Ave).  Once you have located the property, click on "Building Info" on the left side of the page.

IF the website does not provide you enough information, we will make an effort to get more information to you. Please understand that this is a very busy time of year, and we will be able to respond to most inquiries within 2-4 weeks. Please indicate below the minimal information that you need about the apartment or house you are moving into for Insurance purposes.  Where available, NorthSteppe Realty will do our best to give you the most accurate information we have available.  Please be patient in this process.  Thank you!
